Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Leh
Arrive in Leh at an elevation of 3500m.Transfer to hotel for check-in and acclimatize to the high-altitude environment.Leisure evening walk through Leh market.Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 2: Leh Local Sightseeing
Visit the Hall of Fame to honor the sacrifices of Indian soldiers.Experience the mysterious Magnetic Hill and defy gravity.Visit Gurudwara Pather Sahib and the confluence of Zanskar and Indus Rivers at Sangam Spituk.Explore Leh Palace and the serene Shanti Stupa.Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 3: Leh to Nubra Valley (140kms / 4hrs)
Drive to Nubra Valley, crossing the Khardungla Top (5570m).Explore Diskit Monastery, the oldest in Nubra Valley.Check-in at the hotel and visit the white sand dunes of Hundar for a camel ride (at your own expense).Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.
Day 4: Nubra to Turtuk (80kms / 3hrs)
Travel to Turtuk, the northernmost village in India, famous for apricot orchards and Balti culture.Explore the unique village and the nearby Thang village, a border area near Pakistan.Experience local hospitality and culture.Return to Nubra for an overnight stay.
Day 5: Nubra to Pangong Lake (150kms / 5hrs)
Drive towards Pangong Lake via Shayok River Road, known for its scenic views and waterfalls.Arrive at Pangong Lake and witness its mesmerizing color changes throughout the day.Enjoy the sunset on the banks of Pangong Lake.Overnight stay near Pangong Lake.
Day 6: Pangong Lake to Leh via Changla Pass (150kms / 5hrs)
Leave Pangong early to catch the stunning sunrise over the lake.Drive back to Leh via Changla Pass (5347m), the second-highest motorable road in the world.Visit Thiksey Monastery, Shey Palace, and possibly Rancho School.Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 7: Departure from Leh
Enjoy a final breakfast in Leh before checking out.Transfer to the airport for your departure flight, carrying unforgettable memories of Ladakh.
